“泡泡冰／アワアワ氷 ＝ Bubble Bubble Ice” is a kind of shaved ices.
I came a long way here just to see this funny sign, and it’s all because of one of my Japanese classmates.
Actually “泡泡“ means “bubble”. “泡” by itself means ”to soak”. I have no idea why they translated it like that in Japanese. Language aside: BUBBLE ICE IS LIKE THE BEST THING EVAR.
